HR Director Dianna Tseng talked about the Wechat Complaint Channel, she listed some figures that ended of the Dec 31, 2017, totally received complains 123 times, solved 120, and other 3 cases keep following.
Ms. Wang Feng Juan shared her journey experience of the activity Trailwalker, she was the one of the Best Employee Winner in 2017. She mentioned that the top managements encouraged and supported a lot throughout the activity, it highlighted the culture of down-to-earth, and she realized something in her mind: Because of partake, she acquired, because of acquisition, she enjoyed.
To collect advice and know more demands from employees were the fifth item in the conference, the relevant leaders answered following 4 questions: Office staffs needed to wear uniforms, Canteen adds the booth for Chinese porridge, how employee`s children go to public schools, KPI management. Afterward, attendants also showing their concern questions via Wechat QR Code Scanning, top managements gave answers making the scene climaxed. More than 80 messages delivered via Wechat, but meeting time wasn`t allowed to answer it one by one, HR Department pledged they will follow the questions and give answers by mails.
